RETURNS

All returns must have prior authorization from oour Service Manager.  Request for return authorization and claims for shortages or incorrect merchatandise must be made within seven days of receipt of goods.  Returns are credited for the merchandise amount only and may be assessed a restock fee.  Refused orders will be assessed a restock fee and refused freight charge.  Closeoout merchandise is not returnabel.. WE CANNOT ACCEPT RETURNS OF WASHED, EMBELLISHED OR ALTERED MERCHAMDISE.
